PPI - PBA Tax Reclaim 

How did this happen

If you have been awarded a redress payment for PPI or PBA then the banks have automatically deducted 20% from the statutory interest in the redress payment. The interest amount can make up over 50% of the total redress payment. The banks erred in this action as there was no need to make this tax deduction

How much is my claim worth

Your claim will  be worth 20% of your original total amount. For example


Redressed PPI in 2018

Your Original Total Amount - £5,000

Your Redress Amount - £4,000

Tax Deducted (20%) - £1,000

Annual Interest (8%) - £400


Your claim is worth £1,400
